Tips for when things go wrong

We try really hard to provide a smooth, “always on” experience with Spinnaker…. but occasionally something goes wrong. When it does here’s what you can do to speed up the troubleshooting process.

  1. Check other websites e.g. the Sydney Morning Herald, are available. If you cannot access other websites you have a connection problem on your computer.
  2. If other websites are working take a screenshot of the error on your screen and email it to your Project Manager with a description of what you were trying to do.

Remember the more information you can supply to your Project Manager, the quicker your issue can be resolved.
