We try really hard to provide a smooth, “always on” experience with Spinnaker…. but occasionally something goes wrong. When it does here’s what you can do to speed up the troubleshooting process.
- Check other websites e.g. the Sydney Morning Herald, are available. If you cannot access other websites you have a connection problem on your computer.
- If other websites are working take a screenshot of the error on your screen and email it to your Project Manager with a description of what you were trying to do.
Remember the more information you can supply to your Project Manager, the quicker your issue can be resolved.
